يَسْرِي مَبْدَأَ اَلشُّرُوطِ وَالْأَحْكَامِ عَلَى كُلِّ مَنْ قَامَ بِشِرَاءِ نُسْخَةٍ لِلْعَمَلِ بِهَا فِي مَشَارِيعِهِ اَلْخَاصَّةِ أَوْ اَلْأَفْرَادِ أَوْ اَلشَّرِكَاتِ نَحْنُ لَا نَتَحَمَّلُ أَيُّ مَسْؤُولِيَّةِ تُجَاهَ اَلِاسْتِخْدَامِ اَلْخَاطِئِ وَبِمُوجِبَ هَذِهِ اَلشُّرُوطِ وَالْأَحْكَامِ أَنْتَ تُوَفِّقُ عَلَى عَدَمِ نَشْرِ هَذَا اَلْمَشْرُوعِ لِلْعَلَنِ لِأَنَّهُ مَشْرُوعٌ خِدْمِيٌّ خَاصٌّ وَحُقُوقُ اَلطَّبْعِ وَالنَّشْرِ تَعُودُ لِلْمُؤَلِّفِ وَالْكَاتِبِ اَلْأَصْلِيِّ نَحْنُ نُؤْمِنُ بِأَنَّ اَلْأَخْلَاقَ هِيَ اَلْمُحَرِّكُ اَلْأَسَاسِيُّ وَالْفَعَّالُ فِي اِسْتِخْدَامِ اَلْبَرْمَجِيَّاتِ اَلْمَفْتُوحَةِ اَلْمَصْدَرَ اَلْغَيْرَ مَجَّانِيَّةٌ وَبِمُقْتَضَى هَذَا فَإِنَّنَا لَنْ نُمْلِيَ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّ شُرُوطِ إِلَّا سَوَّى عَدَمَ تَسْرِيبِ أَيِّ نُسْخَةٍ تَقُومُ بِشِرَائِهَا وَلَنْ نُلَوِّحَ بِأَيِّ قَوَانِينَ نَسْتَخْدِمُهَا تُجَاهَ هَذَا اَلْعَمَلِ إِنَّمَا هُوَ عَمَلٌ يُسَاعِدُكَ فِي اَلْإِنْتَاجِ لِلْمَشَارِيعِ بِصُورَةٍ وَاضِحَةٍ اَلْمَعَالِمِ وَسَهْلِ اَلْقِرَاءَةِ وَقَابَلَ لِلتَّطْوِيرِ فِي اَلْمُسْتَقْبَلِ لِذَا يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يَعْمَلَ أَوْ تَعْمَلُ مَعَ فَرِيقِ عَمَلِ بِاسْتِخْدَامِ نَفْسِ اَلْمَشْرُوعِ فِي وَقْتٍ وَاحِدٍ اَلْمُؤَلَّفِ يَلْتَزِمُ بِنَشْرِ اَلتَّحْدِيثَاتِ لِسَدِّ أَيِّ ثُغُرَاتٍ أَوْ تَطْوِيرَاتٍ قَدْ تَكُونُ فِي صَالِحِ اَلنُّسْخَةِ اَلْخَاصَّةِ بِكَ لَطَالَمَا أَنَّكَ قُمْتُ بِشِرَاءِ اَلنُّسْخَةِ وَقَدْ يَسْرِي أَيَّ تَغِييرْعْ لِي هَذِهِ اَلشُّرُوطِ وَالْأَحْكَامِ وَيَحِقُّ لِلْمُؤَلِّفِ أَنْ يُغَيِّرَ فِي شَكْلٍ أَوْ هَيْئَةِ أَوْ مُحْتَوَى اَلشُّرُوطِ وَالْأَحْكَامِ اَلَّتِي تَسْرِي عَلَى اَلْمُسْتَخْدَمِ لِهَذَا اَلْمَشْرُوعِ وَيَحِقُّ أَيْضًا لَهُ رَفْعُ أَوْ خَفْضِ سِعْرِ اَلنُّسْخَةِ حَسَبَ مَا يُرِيدُ دُونَ اَلرُّجُوعُ لِأَيِّ مُسْتَخْدَمٍ وَالْمَشْرُوعِ هُوَ سَهْلٌ مَفْتُوحٌ اَلْمَصْدَرِ يُمْكِنُ اَلْعَمَلُ بِهِ عَلَى مُعْظَمِ إِصْدَارَاتِ اَلْإِطَارِ اَلْحَدِيثَةِ لِذَا يَحِقُّ لَكَ أَنْ تَسْتَخْدِمَ اَلْمَشْرُوعَ فِي أَيِّ وَقْتٍ وَفِي أَيِّ مَشْرُوعٍ دُونَ اَلرُّجُوعِ لَنَا وَلَكِنْ يَتَحَتَّمُ عَلَيْكَ أَنْ تَحْتَفِظَ بِنُسْخَتِكَ حَتَّى لَا تَتَعَرَّضُ مِنْ اَلْحِرْمَانِ مِنْ اَلْحُصُولِ عَلَى أَيِّ تَحْدِيثَاتٍ أَنَّ مَبْدَأَ اَلشُّرُوطِ وَالْأَحْكَامِ هِيَ لَيْسَ لِلتَّحْذِيرِ أَوْ اَلتَّنْبِيهِ إِنَّمَا هُوَ فَقَطْ لِلتَّسْلِيمِ بِأَنَّ حَقَّ اَلْمَشْرُوعِ يَعُودُ لِلْمُؤَلِّفِ وَانْ مِنْ حَقِّ اَلْمُؤَلِّفِ حُصُولَهُ عَلَى كُلِّ حُقُوقِهِ تُجَاهَ اَلنُّسَخِ اَلْمَنْشُورَةِ لِذَا فِي هَذِهِ اَلْحَالَةِ يَتَحَتَّمُ عَلَيْكَ اَلِالْتِزَامُ بِالشُّرُوطِ وَالْأَحْكَامِ اَلْوَارِدَةِ أَعْلَاهُ وَفِي اَلْوَقْتِ اَلْحَالِيِّ لَنْ يَتِمَّ رَبْطُ اَلْمَشْرُوعِ بِأَيِّ مَفَاتِيحَ سِرِّيَّةٍ أَوْ تَشفِّيرِيَّهْ لِأَنَّ فِي اَلْأَسَاسِ هُوَ اِعْتِمَادُنَا اَلْأَوَّلُ وَالْأَخِيرُ عَلَى أَخْلَاقِكَ اَلْحَمِيدَةِ اَلَّتِي سَتُسَاعِدُنَا فِي اَلْمُسْتَقْبَلِ عَلَى تَقْدِيمِ اَلْمَزِيدِ وَلَنْ نَلْتَزِمَ بِتَوْجِيهِكَ إِلَّا فَقَطْ فِيمَا يَخُصُّ اَلْمَشْرُوعُ وَالْمُؤَلَّفُ يَلْتَزِمُ بِتَحْدِيثِ اَلْوَثَائِقِ اَلَّتِي تَشْرَحُ فِكْرَةَ وَاسْتِخْدَامَ اَلْمَشْرُوعِ وَتَوْفِيرِ كَافَّةِ اَلنُّسَخِ لِلْمُشْتَرِينَ سَوَاءُ كَانُو أَفْرَاد أَوْ شَرِكَاتٍ تُطَبَّقُ هَذِهِ اَلشُّرُوطِ وَالْأَحْكَامِ اِعْتِبَارًا مِنْ شِرَائِكَ لِلنُّسْخَةِ وَعَدَمِ اِلْتِزَامِكَ هُوَ يَعْكِسُ لَنَا اَلصُّورَةُ اَلَّتِي كُنَّا نَأْمُلُ أَنَّ لَا نَصِلُ إِلَيْهَا
